Smt. R. Sarojamani has served the society for 30 years through Maharishi Vidya Mandir, Hosur and Sri Gurukulam Secondary School, Hosur. As aprincipal she adopted a new approach in managing the diverse group of students and teachers by a simple tool i.e., compassion. Empowered teachers by enriching the resources to develop themselves and brought to orderliness with soft words and simple deeds.

Sri. M.R. MohanSundar has chosen teaching as his profession three decades ago. An able administrator who worked in renowned schools [Maharishi VidyaMandir,Hosur, VelammalVidyalaya-Chennai] and was instrumental in creating facilities and opportunities for a meaningful educational system, has taught science up to senior classes and encouraged divergent thinking among students.
